I might get a lot of hate for this, but the west should have never gotten involved in this war, if we hadn't, it would have been over long ago and a lot less people would have died, Russia isn't the villain here, the west and Ukraine is.
Get the west out, let Russia have what's left of Ukraine and take it as peacefully as possible to avoid unnecessary loss of life.
