Rigly is not exactly a "Scam" because it does actually have proof of hashrate, but it definitely is sketchy in my opinion, if you fully understand that there is an almost zero percent chance you will mine something and stuff want to, that's cool. But I believe they fail to effectively teach people the odds they are against, then you have all these large accounts pushing different teams to people trying to get people to join to mine a block when most people probably don't understand.
Rigly is a Gambling website, plain and simple. If you understand that, try, have fun. But be cautious.
