I was just talking to Google support as the device I got and the service with my plan has been atrocious.
Glitching all the time, shuts off, and I'm paying them $65/month.
I have to either continue paying the $65 a month of like 20 more months or pay the $450 for the device that came trash.
I was requesting a rebate or something on the price so I could pay it off and move to a different service and eventually new phone.
Got the answer I was expecting, "It's too late because it's been more than 15 days"
But the support lady was actually pretty cool and was saying she agreed that Google's policy was stupid and that she would override it if she could.
