Let's clear something up, when people say "That was the gender you were assigned at birth" that is false.

NOBODY assigned you a gender and you didn't either a birth, you couldn't then and you can't now.

You can call yourself whatever the hell you want, you can get any surgery you want, but the fact is you can't change your gender. Nobody has the ability to.

Even if surgery was able to make you look exactly like an opposite gender, gender is more than looks, it's biology and that can't be altered.
