Good high protein and healthy fat meal I enjoy is a grass fed (when possible) ground beef bowl, you can add come rice if you want or eat it as is, add taco seasoning to the meat, top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and any sauce you like.
It's actually pretty cheap, I usually eat about 1/2 a pound of beef with is like $3.50 and the rest is really cheap.
