Something I like about Nostr is it's impractical to sell an npub to someone, you can do it but even if you do there's no way to verify that the original owner doesn't still have access to it.

I have been asked about buying mine for a game account and I declined, it also goes against my morals and simply isn't practical.

I can see why it could be appealing to buy a large account like Odell's in order to get attention but people would most likely just mute it anyway at that point.
